| dc.description | This research work focuses on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to promote the development of higher education in the Chilean Army. This proposal arises in a global context where technology and digitalization are profoundly transforming educati on. AI offers the possibility of personalizing learning, adapting it to the individual needs of students, which is especially relevant in a military environment where leadership training and the development of technical and tactical skills are crucial. The problem statement, which focuses on the challenges of implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in higher education of theChilean Army. In this way, we will understand the positive and negative effects of integrating AI in a military educ ational environment, addressing ethical, security and financial concerns. The cultural effects and the need to foster a mentality open to innovation were also analyzed. | dc.description | El presente trabajo investigativo se centra en el empleo de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (IA) para impulsar el desarrollo de la educación superior en el Ejército de Chile. Esta propuesta surge en un contexto global donde la tecnología y la digitalización están transformando profundamente la educación. La IA ofrece la posibilidad de personalizar el aprendizaje, adaptándolo a las necesidades individuales de los estudiantes, lo que resulta especialmente relevante en un entorno militar donde la formación de líderes y el desarrollo de habilidades técnicas y tácticas son cruciales. El planteamiento del problema, el que se centra en los desafíos de implementar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en la educación superior del Ejército de Chile. De esta forma, lograr comprender los efectos positivos y negativos, de la integración de la IA en un entorno educativo militar, abordando preocupaciones éticas, de seguridad y financieras. También fueron analizados los efectos culturales y la necesidad de fomentar una mentalidad abierta a la innovación. El Ejército de Chile se enfrenta al desafío de preparar a su personal de manera efectiva en un mundo cada vez más digitalizado. | es-ES |
