This will allow us to elucidate its contours, for which we will focus on its legal definition, the risk as a substantial element of liability insurance, the time limit clauses and a particular analysis of civil liability insurance taken out by legal professionals.; El trabajo tiene por objeto realizar un análisis dogmático y comparado del contrato de seguro por responsabilidad civil, particularmente el contraído por profesionales del derecho por los daños que puedan ocasionar tanto a sus clientes como a terceros. It helps the sentencing judge understand a technique or applied science that fails to overcome a minimum scrutiny given the manufacturing anomalies evident in the expert report examined. However, the national legislator has not formally regulated it, even though it contains aspects of utmost relevance to the judicial system.   ; La prueba metapericial caligráfica nace a partir del estudio lógico, epistémico y valorativo que se realiza a una prueba pericial ex ante, actividad denominada, metaperitaje. Coadyuva al sentenciador a dar comprensión respecto de una técnica o ciencia aplicada que no logra sortear un haz de entendimiento mínimo dada las anomalías de factura evidenciadas en el informe pericial auscultado. In particular, we aim to determine whether these editions were part of his library's catalog. Likewise, locating these copies has allowed us to identify some unpublished notes, which we hope can eventually be attributed to their author. We would be especially pleased to confirm whether the handwritten definition of "Código" found in one of the Digesta is the work of Andrés Bello.; El presente trabajo se centra en identificar dos de las ediciones del Corpus Iuris Civilis que Andrés Bello pudo utilizar al momento de escribir el Código Civil. En particular, queremos determinar si ellas formaron parte del catálogo de su biblioteca.
