Various strategies were used, such as military and educational. Christianity as a belief and Spanish as a language that had been spread by the Church during the Conquest and the Colony, were reinforced by the Republic with lay values of progress. In this paper we will investigate the alternative to this paradigm from the school KOM PU LOF ÑI KIMELTUWE, located on the shores of Lake Budi, from 2007 to date.; La tensión entre los discursos de la escuela chilena actual y la propia realidad cultural mapuche tiene un claro antecedente histórico: el proceso de aculturización emprendido por el Estado a partir del último tercio del siglo XIX. Esto implicó estrategias diversas, como la militar y la educacional. El cristianismo como creencia y el español como lengua que habían sido difundidos por la Iglesia durante la Conquista y la Colonia, ahora serán reforzados por el Estado republicano a partir de los valores laicos del progreso. Eight historical periods of judicial administration development were substantiated that allow one to trace the problems during the formation and institutional development of the institution of the Bar that has been associated with the organizational court management up to the 1990s, as well as the evolution of the institution of the Bar. The leading method consists in studying the historiographic periodization of the Bar development and is determined by milestones in the formation and development of the judiciary as a whole and changes in the legislation that regulates the judicial system and judicial proceedings. El objetivo es indagarlas implicancias de la articulación entreconocimientos ancestrales y losconocimientos del sistema educativoescolarpara las comunidades indígenas en elprimer ciclo de la Educación Básica. Labúsqueda arrojó 417 artículos de literaturacientífica en la base de datos Scopus, desdeel año 2016 hasta junio de 2020. Losartículos fueron sometidos a criterios deinclusión y exclusión, para ello se conformóun corpus de 40 artículos, una reseña y unacolumna respecto a la alfabetizaciónimplementada a pueblos originarios deoccidente en el primer ciclo escolar. La analítica del Dasein en su arquitectura, su forma de proceder en el horizonte del pensamiento heideggeriano, descubre, en gran medida, la pregunta por la verdad. La pregunta se refunda en una construcción ontológica-fenomenológica de la existencia en Ser y Tiempo y su abierta necesidad de ahondar en su etimología.
