| dc.description | El propósito del presente trabajo es realizar una observación, desde la teoría de sistemas, de los desafíos que ha debido enfrentar el sistema económico en su proceso por consolidar su hegemonía sobre los demás subsistemas en la sociedad chilena. En particular, se observa la operación de las organizaciones estatales y sus mecanismos de selección, distinguiendo cuatro ámbitos en donde el sistema económico no habría logrado superponer sus mecanismos de selección a los del sistema político: el sentido de misión de las organizaciones estatales; el plazo necesario para introducir cambios funcionales al sistema económico; los procesos de modificación de la estructura organizacional para generar las nuevas comunicaciones relevantes; y la orientación de la gestión directiva que posibilite persistir en el proceso de transformación. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The purpose of this paper is apply Social System Theory in order to understand challenges that economic subsystem have faced to ensure its hegemony over the other subsystems into Chilean society, such as political system. Specifically, the operation of organizations like public institutions and their selection mechanisms are analyzed. Four fields, in which the economic system failed in imposing its selection mechanisms over political system, are distinguished: the sense of mission of the public institution; the period needed to make changes to align institutions to the rules of economic system; the process to modify organizational structure to generate new relevant communications; and the strategic management orientation that make possible to persist in transformation process of the institutions themselves. | en-US |
