| dc.description | The present work reproduces an interview with the German sociologist Gunther Teubner. In it, the authors address aspects related to the consequences of functional differentiation, the role of constitutions in the corporate realm and the contributions of constitutional sociology to the study of contemporary constitutionalism. Gunther Teubner is professor emeritus of private law and sociology of law at the prestigious Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. As a continuation of the work of Niklas Luhmann, his work is widely recognized for his contributions in the field of the sociology of law, particularly for his theory of autopoietic law, the concept of reflexive law and his theory of societal constitutionalism. | en-US |

Gunther Teubner es profesor emérito de derecho privado y sociología del derecho en la prestigiosa Universidad Goethe de Fráncfort del Meno.
