| dc.description | This paper is a descriptive study about the turnover and reelection in the Chamber of Deputies under the Constitution of 1833 from a historical institutional perspective. Both phenomena reveal the recruiting and training of a group that, though not numerous, made possible a routine functioning of the chamber, because of its specialization and reelection, which is established based on the turnover rate from each of the thirty one congressional elections carried out between 1834 and 1924. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este trabajo consiste en un estudio descriptivo sobre la rotación y reelección en la Cámara de Diputados bajo la Constitución de 1833, desde una perspectiva histórica institucional. Ambos fenómenos revelan el reclutamiento y entrenamiento de un grupo que, sin ser numeroso, hizo posible el funcionamiento rutinario de dicha cámara, gracias a su especialización y reelección en el cargo, el cual es establecido mediante el estudio de la tasa de rotación de diputados resultante de cada una de las treinta y un elecciones parlamentarias realizadas entre 1834 y 1924. | es-ES |
