Abstract
José Luis Curbelo develops a theoretical discussion on the Latinoamerican societies failure for establishing prolonged democratic political systems. According to this author the answer to this phenomenon seems to be near the “articulated-accumulative” concept in reference to the same economic space. In this view these societies should be characterized for disarticulated-accumulative process, cause and effect of determined class structure and its external articulation. In order to change this situation a mass consumption development style advises as an alternative.
