| dc.description | Identifying the foundation of right and politics is essential to determine the just and common good in modern society, characterized by an abandonment of the essence or nature of things and by a process of secularization, increasingly radical. Therefore, this paper tries to determine that juridicity and politicity are two pillars in the constitution of society, especially for legal security and public order. In this way we identify that right as an object of justice and the common good as the purpose of politics contain natural and positive presuppositions for legality and legitimacy, which contribute to the development and realization of man and society. | en-US |
| dc.description | Identificar el fundamento del derecho y la política es imprescindible para determinar lo justo y el bien común en la sociedad hodierna, caracterizada por un abandono de la esencia o la naturaleza de las cosas y por un proceso de secularización, cada vez más radical. Por ello, este artículo intenta determinar que la juridicidad y la politicidad son dos pilares en la constitución de la sociedad, especialmente para la seguridad jurídica y el orden público. En esta labor identificamos que el derecho como objeto de la justicia y el bien común como finalidad de la política contienen presupuestos naturales y positivos, que contribuyen al desarrollo y realización del hombre y la sociedad. | es-ES |
