dc.descriptionThis note states that the purpose of human life is to be happy. For this reason, it is essential to develop happiness in children from the initial stage of their systematic education. To achieve this, it is necessary to provide them with tools that contribute to their integral development. Among these tools, the note mentions a dozen activities that increase our happiness and that should be present in initial education. These activities are, according to Lyubomirsky: expressing gratitude and appreciation, practicing generosity, striving to think positively, learning to forgive, being aware of joyful moments, cultivating interpersonal relationships, setting goals and actively pursuing them, practicing a religion (if you are a believer), meditating, and developing physical activity and exercise.en-US
dc.descriptionEsta nota plantea que la finalidad de la vida del ser humano es ser feliz. Por esta razón, es fundamental desarrollar la felicidad en los niños y niñas desde la etapa inicial de su educación sistemática. Para lograrlo, hay que entregarles herramientas que contribuyan a su desarrollo integral. Entre estas herramientas, la nota menciona una decena de actividades que incrementan nuestra felicidad y que deberían estar presentes en la educación inicial. Estas actividades son, según Lyubomirsky (2008): expresar gratitud y aprecio, practicar la generosidad, esforzarse en pensar positivamente, aprender a perdonar, tomar conciencia de los momentos alegres, cultivar relaciones interpersonales, plantearse objetivos y perseguirlos activamente, practicar una religión (si se es creyente), meditar y desarrollar actividad física y ejercicio.es-ES
