| dc.description | As the primary educator of children, the role of the family should not be relegated to the second place or replaced by their entry into pre-school education. In this article, we postulate the need to include in the curricula of early childhood education subjects designed to make future professionals aware of the importance of offering opportunities for participation to the families of the kindergartens they will be responsible for. These spaces will have a direct impact on the pedagogical work and will have a positive influence on the development of children. | en-US |

En este artículo postulamos la necesidad de incluir en las mallas curriculares de Educación Parvularia asignaturas destinadas a que las futuras profesionales tomen conciencia de la importancia de ofrecer instancias de participación a las familias de los párvulos que tendrán a su cargo. Estas instancias tendrán un directo impacto en el quehacer pedagógico e influirán positivamente en el desarrollo de los niños y niñas. | es-ES |
