| dc.description | This research addresses the problem of illness as a narrative of the teacher distress from the discourse analysis perspective, and with the end of understanding its relationship with the production of identities in Chile. This study was conducted with teachers of the public education system, who were participating or participated in the past in the teaching evaluation process. The results show a canonical narrative characterized by a discursive construction of illness. A political interpretation of the construction and production of subjectivities in education is presented, particularly in the context of the new public management. | en-US |
| dc.description | Esta investigación aborda el problema de la enfermedad como una narrativa del malestar docente, desde la perspectiva de las investigaciones discursivas, para comprender su relación con la producción de identidades en Chile. El estudio fue realizado con profesorxs1 pertenecientes al sistema público que ya participaron de la evaluación docente o se encontraban participando en dicho proceso. Los resultados proponen una narrativa canónica caracterizada por la construcción discursiva de la enfermedad. Se plantea una interpretación política de la construcción y producción de subjetividades en lo educativo, particularmente en el contexto del nuevo management público. | es-ES |
