We report the case of a 34-year-old man, with a history of hepatitis B and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection that was admitted to the hospital with malaise, weight loss, frontal behaviour and chest pain. Imaging studies showed 2 frontal cortical/subcortical nodules. A stereotactic cerebral biopsy showed reactive gliosis and a prominent atypical angiocentric and angiodestructive lymphoid infiltrate containing large pleomorphic CD20 and EBV-positive cells consistent with Lymphomatoid granulomatosis. Other studies were negative. Key Words: Brain – lymphomatoid granulomatosis – immune suppression).  es-ES
