| dc.description | Recientemente, en Latinoamérica han proliferado estrategias de intervención cuyo foco está centrado en la reinserción social de personas que producto de conflictos con la ley. El presente documento contiene una serie de reflexiones metodológicas surgidas con ocasión de la implementación de una evaluación de impacto de un programa de reinserción social en Chile. Para ello se enuncian un conjunto de condiciones requeridas de manera que una evaluación de impacto permita obtener conclusiones robustas respecto de su desempeño. Por otro lado, se establecen los desafíos específicos a superar para la evaluación de estos programas comenzando por una adecuada conceptualización y posterior operacionalización del concepto de reinserción, identificando finalmente la aplicabilidad de distintos diseños de evaluación de acuerdo a las características específicas de cada programa Evaluado. | es-ES |
| dc.description | Recently in Latin America an important number of programs focused on social reinsertion have been developed and carried out for people with conflicts with the Law. The present article covers a sequence of methodological considerations emerging from the evaluation carried out on a reinsertion program designed and applied in Chile. For that purpose, a group of conditions necessary to meet to achieve robust evidence of program performance is individualized. On the other hand, a group of specific requirements for the evaluation of reinsertion programs is pointed out, beginning with some definitions of reinsertions and different approaches that can be used to operationalize that concept verifying finally the applicability of different evaluation designs according with the specific characteristics of each evaluated Program. | en-US |
