dc.descriptionIndole-based tetraarylimidazoles were prepared by multicomponent reaction of substituted 2-arylindole-3-carbaldehydes, benzil, substituted anilines and ammonium acetate in acetic acid. The new compounds were evaluated for their antiurease and antioxidant activity. The synthesized compounds exhibited potent antiurease activity.en-US
