| dc.description | La historia de América Latina en las últimas décadas ha exhibido, como uno de sus rasgos más decididos, la emergencia y afirmación del intervencionismo del Estado en todos los niveles y aspectos de la sociedad. Esta constatación se ha reflejado gradualmente en una literatura, a la vez científica y polémica, que surge y se organiza en torno a la discusión de la naturaleza, la estructura y el papel del Estado al parecer presente y polivalente. El esfuerzo de captación y análisis de esta realidad no se ha visto, sin embargo, suficientemente acompañado por otro de replanteo y sistematización en cuanto a enfoques, esquemas analíticos y presentación de un cuadro más o menos global y coherente de la problemática implicada. Este trabajo, parte de una investigación en marcha, se propone un intento de aporte para el análisis y la evaluación de tan importante dimensión. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The history of Latin America in recent decades has showed, as one of its most determined features, the rise and affirmation of State interventionism at all levels and aspects of society. This finding has been gradually reflected in a literature, both scientific and controversial, that emerges and is organized around the discussion of the nature, structure and role of the apparently present and multipurpose state. However, the effort to capture and analyze this reality has not been sufficiently accompanied by another of rethinking and systematization in terms of approaches, analytical frameworks and presentation of a more or less global and coherent picture of the problems involved. This work, part of an ongoing investigation, proposes an attempt to contribute to the analysis and evaluation of such an important dimension. | en-US |
