| dc.description | En este trabajo se presentan algunas ideas y comentarios sobre las perspectivas de América Latina y algunas de las alternativas para el enfrentamiento y resolución de su situación particular, en función de la problemática mundial. Para esto es conveniente describir algunas premisas y características de los niveles de desagregación con que operamos al aproximarnos al tema de las interrelaciones globales. La premisa básica es que la articulación del hombre con la naturaleza se ha hecho cada vez más inadecuada, expresada en una serie de "crisis" que constituyen diferentes facetas de la crisis global. América Latina está en necesidad de reevaluar su "proyecto" en términos propios y de generar congruencia entre sus metas culturales y políticas, por un lado, y su potencial en recursos y su capacidad técnica y organizativa, por otro. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This paper presents some ideas and comments on the perspectives of Latin America and some of the alternatives for confronting and resolving their particular situation, relating to the world problem. For this, it is convenient to describe some premises and characteristics of the levels of disaggregation with which we operate when approaching the issue of global interrelations. The basic premise is that the articulation of man with nature has become increasingly inadequate, expressed in a series of "crises" that constitute different facets of the global crisis. Latin America is in need of re-evaluating its "project" in its own terms and of generating congruence between its cultural and political goals, on the one hand, and its potential in resources and its technical and organizational capacity, on the other. | en-US |
