| dc.description | Los estudios internacionales son un área dominada fundamentalmente por el tema de la política exterior. De allí que en este trabajo se definan en primer lugar los objetivos centrales de la enseñanza del Derecho Internacional. Al mismo tiempo, para ayudar a comprender mejor su función y especificidad, se describen tres niveles de acción diferentes en las relaciones internacionales donde esta materia se desenvuelve: la sociedad mundial o global y los problemas de paz y seguridad; la relación entre el orden jurídico y la realización de los intereses nacionales de los Estados; y la interdependencia entre Estados y su relación con otros actores. Finalmente, teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se refiere a los programas y contenidos que debe contemplar la enseñanza actual de esta disciplina, en un marco que presente los escenarios reales de las relaciones jurídicas internacionales e incorporando nuevos enfoques. | es-ES |
| dc.description | International studies are an area fundamentally dominated by the subject of foreign policy. Hence, in this work the central objectives of the teaching of International Law are defined in the first place. At the same time, to help better understand its function and specificity, three different levels of action are described in international relations where this matter unfolds: world or global society and the problems of peace and security; the relationship between the legal order and the realization of the national interests of the States; and the interdependence between States and their relationship with other actors. Finally, taking into account the above, it refers to the programs and contents that the current teaching of this discipline should contemplate, in a framework that presents the real scenarios of international legal relations and incorporates new approaches. | en-US |
