| dc.description | El presente trabajo aborda el tema de las percepciones recíprocas desde una perspectiva sobre la relación chileno-boliviana y los desencuentros que han jalonado su desarrollo, los espacios de coincidencia, tensiones y asperezas, los diálogos suspendidos y retomados. Pese a lo negativa que podría parecer se trata de una relación muy especial y muy estrecha. Revisar cómo lo hemos hecho en el pasado puede servimos para entender el presente y acercarnos mejor al futuro. Chile es un vecino importante para Bolivia. Entendiéndolo así podremos también entregar nuestra atención hacia Bolivia con la prioridad que merece. Ello no siempre ha sido así y por la parte boliviana se ha entendido mal y se ha producido resentimiento. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This work addresses the issue of reciprocal perceptions from a perspective on the Chilean-Bolivian relationship and the disagreements that have marked its development, the spaces of coincidence, tensions and rough edges, the suspended and resumed dialogues. Despite how negative it may seem, it is a very special and very close relationship. Reviewing how we have done in the past can help us understand the present and get closer to the future. Chile is an important neighbor for Bolivia. Understanding it in this way, we can also give our attention to Bolivia with the priority it deserves. This has not always been the case and on the Bolivian side it has been misunderstood and resentment has arisen. | en-US |
