No sólo Asia-Pacífico : la Eurasia de Beijing que urge analizar

| dc.description | En los últimos meses la agenda exterior de la República Popular China (RPCh) se ha ampliado considerablemente. Hoy Beijing se reasienta en un Asia ampliada, a la que percibe corno fuente de grandes oportunidades y amenazas: un enorme espacio de inteligibilidad continúa y que abarca a Siberia, a las Asias del occidente meridional, y hasta el Oriente Medio. Para visualizar insospechadas vías de relación, los observadores y actores del Pacifico americano habrán de mantener un ampliado y minucioso esfuerzo de análisis de China y su entorno. Y de allí el sentido del estudio profundo de los nuevos ejes que revaloriza Beijing. Urge que el inundo iberoamericano encuentre ampliadas fórmulas de posicionamiento físico en Asia, cuyo centro será China. Pero ello es imposible sin una participación más activa que nunca de los distintos actores sociales, de la concertación de países, y de una gran inversión en conocimiento. | es-ES |
| dc.description | Recently, the foreign agenda of the People's Republic of China (PRC) has expanded considerably. Today Beijing is resettling itself in an enlarged Asia, which it perceives as a source of great opportunities and threats: an enormous space of intelligibility continues and that encompasses Siberia, the South West Asia, and even the Middle East. To visualize unsuspected paths of relationship, the observers and actors of the American Pacific will have to maintain an extensive and meticulous effort of analysis of China and its surroundings. And hence the meaning of the in-depth study of the new axes that Beijing revalues. It is urgent that the Ibero-American world find expanded formulas for physical positioning in Asia, whose center will be China. But this is impossible without a more active participation than ever of the different social actors, the partnership of countries, and a large investment in knowledge. | en-US |
