In addition to presenting for discussion a mechanism, that of the technology company, which is believed to help make the necessary technological change possible. | dc.description | Este trabajo se propone hacer un balance del estado actual en América Latina de algunos de los aspectos fundamentales de lo que se ha dado en llamar la problemática ciencia-tecnología-desarrollo-dependencia. Además de presentar para su discusión un mecanismo, el de la empresa de tecnologías, que se cree puede ayudar a hacer posible el cambio tecnológico necesario. Este mecanismo propuesto puede llegar a ser condición necesaria para resolver el problema planteado y alcanzar el objetivo fijado, pero de ninguna manera será condición suficiente; para ello es imprescindible definir para qué se quiere la tecnología que se busca suministrar o qué tipo de tecnología se necesita, para no aumentar la dependencia que se pretende combatir. | es-ES |
