In all latitudes and in all stages of development, man is reluctant to abandon the old clichés and stereotypes that have served him so well, since they make the world around him an intelligible, comfortable and meaningful place; or in a place that is almost loved by how familiar and unchangeably absurd it is. The question posed here is related to the possible existence of special or additional obstacles to the perception of change in those countries where the economic and social development in developing countries. | en-US |
