| dc.description | This paper reviews the main features of the process of construction of interdependence undertaken by the Common Market of the South, an essential axis of the viability of an integration project that aspires to structure a regional space that combines the efficient allocation of resources, the affirmation of democratic governance and the expansion of the margins of maneuver of the international system formed by its member states. Economic interdependence is understood as the increased sensitivity of the economic behavior of other countries. This definition, proposed by ECLAC and collected by Da Motta Veiga, is related, spatially and temporally, with the one that is aspired, constructed and verified in the concrete experience of an integration process. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo pasa revista a los principales rasgos del proceso de construcción de la interdependencia emprendido por el Mercado Común del Sur, eje esencial de la viabilidad de un proyecto de integración que aspira a estructurar un espacio regional que conjugue la eficiente asignación de los recursos, la afirmación de la gobernabilidad democrática y la ampliación de los márgenes de maniobra del sistema internacional formado por sus Estados miembros. La interdependencia económica se entiende como el aumento de sensibilidad del comportamiento económico de otros países. Esta definición, propuesta por la CEPAL y recogida por Da Motta Veiga se relaciona, espacial y temporalmente, con aquella a que se aspira, construye y verifica en la experiencia concreta de un proceso de integración. | es-ES |
