There is a study on the administrative procedures and the assistance formulas carried by, especially, the Spanish Institute of Emigration and as well as the Ministry of Labour with the aim of organising and assisting the Spanish Diaspora both in Europe as well as in America. Se estudian los procedimientos administrativos y las fórmulas asistenciales llevadas a cabo desde, especialmente, el Instituto Español de Emigración,pero también desde el Ministerio del Trabajo, con el fin de organizar y atender la diáspora de españoles tanto en Europa como en América.
