dc.description	Este trabajo tiene dos objetivos: en primer lugar, analizar y clarificar el desarrollo y los principales focos de discusión de lo que ha venido en llamarse "teoría de la dependencia” y, segundo, introducir nuevos conceptos y temas de análisis dentro de este mismo marco teórico, considerando especialmente los diversos cambios que ha experimentado la economía política mundial antes y después de la crisis del petróleo. Para esto, primero se incluye un análisis histórico-descriptivo del surgimiento y desarrollo de la perspectiva teórica de la dependencia en América Latina; luego se realiza un examen crítico de temas y/o problemas claves que han sido el foco de la discusión sobre dependencia e imperialismo y, finalmente, se introduce el concepto de dependencia estratégica	es-ES
dc.description	This work has two objectives: first, to analyze and clarify the development and the main focus of discussion of what has come to be called "dependency theory" and, second, to introduce new concepts and analysis topics within this same theoretical framework, especially considering the various changes that the world political economy has undergone before and after the oil crisis. For this, first a descriptive-historical analysis of the emergence and development of the theoretical perspective of dependency in Latin America is included; then a critical examination of key issues and / or problems that have been the focus of the discussion on dependency and imperialism is carried out and, finally, the concept of strategic dependency is introduced.	en-US
