Para ello, distingue entre el idealismo kantiano y el idealismo hegeliano. Sobre esa base, ensaya una distinción entre la necesidad histórica del avance del derecho y el uso indebido del discurso jurídico. Finalmente, avizora la necesidad de un nuevo derecho internacional que considere el avance histórico de las naciones emergentes. | es-ES |

It distinguishes between both Kant's and Hegel's idealism and on that basis it suggests a distinction between the historical need for the advancement of law and the misuse of legal discourse.
