| dc.description | In the course of the last four decades, international law has been characterized by a constant transformation of its content and scope. At the same time, however, tendencies have appeared that threaten to distance it from the structure of a legal order to identify it with an instrument at the service of the circumstantial interests of pressure groups. The question that remains, then, is whether the transformations of international society have fundamentally changed the law that governs it or whether it is facing a process of gradual transformation within certain principles that substantially remain unaltered and that ensure the continued manifestation of its legal nature. | en-US |
| dc.description | En el curso de las últimos cuatro décadas, el derecho internacional se ha caracterizado por una constante transformación de su contenido y alcances. Al mismo tiempo, sin embargo, han aparecido tendencias que amenazan de alejarlo de la estructura propia de un ordenamiento jurídico para identificarlo con un instrumento al servicio de intereses circunstanciales de grupos de presión. La pregunta que permanece, entonces, es si las transformaciones de la sociedad internacional han cambiado el derecho que la rige de manera fundamental o bien si se está frente a un proceso de transformación gradual dentro de ciertos principios que en lo sustancial permanecen inalterados y que aseguran la continuada manifestación de su naturaleza jurídica. | es-ES |
