Se comprueba a través de las cifras comerciales que proporciona el International Trade Comission DataWeb. que este mecanismo de integración resulta útil en el actual contexto de deterioro de las confianzas latinoamericanas recientes en el subcontinente y que responde más una extensión del bilateralismo de la diplomacia presidencial que a la formalización de un proceso de integración. Por ello, la primera parte de este artículo guarda relación con un breve estado de situación de la integración regional y la diplomacia presidencial, las características de la Alianza del Pacífico, las sombras que ofrece el bloque y finalmente, las condiciones de Chile y Colombia en el marco de la seguridad comercial que supone el funcionamiento de este. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This study focuses, from the perspective of international relations, on an analysis of the paths undertaken by Colombia and Chile in the context of the Pacific Alliance. It is verified that this integration mechanism is useful in the current context of deterioration of the recent Latin American trusts in the subcontinent and that it responds more to an extension of the bilateralism of presidential diplomacy than to the formalization of an integration process. Therefore, the first part of this article is related to a brief status of regional integration and presidential diplomacy, the characteristics of the Pacific Alliance, the shadows offered by the bloc and, finally, the conditions of Chile and Colombia within the framework of the commercial security that supposes the operation of the same one. | en-US |
