Se hará un análisis de la colisión de derechos fundamentales, con base en el análisis de la doctrina nacional y de la jurisprudencia constitucional emanada del Supremo Tribunal Federal, del Superior Tribunal de Justicia, del caso que dio origen a la discusión del derecho al olvido y de casos recientes discutidos en tribunales extranjeros sobre el derecho a la privacidad, la vida privada y el derecho a la inviolabilidad de todas las formas de comunicación privada.es-ES
