| dc.description | Se realizó un estudio comparado de la anatomía histológica y ultraestructural del hígado de la trucha arco iris (Oncorhynchus mykiss), entre un grupo de especímenes silvestres y otro de cultivo. Se determinaron las posibles diferencias histológicas y celulares de los componentes hepáticos, por medio de microscopia de luz y electrónica.Se analizó el tejido hepático de cada grupo, en especial composición de los lóbulos hepáticos, hepatocitos y conductos biliares. Desde el punto de microscopia de luz no se encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas en ninguna de las estructuras señaladas, entre ambos grupos.Ultraestructuralmente se determinaron diferencias significativas en el desarrollo del RER, cantidad y tipo de vesículas, y depósito de grasa en los hepatocitos de ambos grupos. Palabras claves: hígado, ultraestructura, trucha arco iris.AbstractA comparative study of histological and ultrastructural anatomy of the liver of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) was studied in wild and reared trouts. The cellular and histological differences were analized by SEM and TEM.The structure of hepatic tissue was observed in each group, focussing mainly on lobules, hepatocytes and biliar ducts.Ultrastructural development of RER, vesicles and fat was determined, statistical differences between the two groups were found.Key Words: liver, ultrastructure, rainbow trout. | es-ES |
