| dc.description | Se hace un análisis de los principales factores que determinan que en la yegua fina sangre de carrera, sea difícil obtener, con el manejo reproductivo tradicional, más de un 70% de crías nacidas vivas al año. Se entrega la experiencia que el autor ha adquirido con el uso sistemático de la ecografía reproductiva en yeguas. Se concluye que, con la ayuda ecográfica, al mejorar la detección de celo, evitar los abortos y partos gemelares y, en gran medida, las reabsorciones embrionarias, se puede mejorar la fertilidad promedio de la yegua fina sangre de carrera, en un 10 a 15%. | es-ES |
