| dc.description | El objeto del trabajo de campo que se expone a continuación ha sido realizar la Evaluación Inicial del Sistema de Gestión del Departamento de Trámites administrativos del Gobierno de Andorra. Para esta evaluación se ha seguido la metodología descrita por Sonia Martín Pérez y Paulino Martin Seco en su “Guía para la implantación de la gestión basada en procesos en la Administración Pública”. Con el modelo descrito los autores pretenden ayudar a los gestores públicos a conducir sus organizaciones hacia la excelencia operativa. Como resultado del análisis realizado, se han identificado los puntos fuertes y las oportunidades de mejora del Sistema de Gestión del Departamento de Trámites. El trabajo expuesto forma parte de una propuesta más amplia que abarca las diferentes etapas que integran el proceso de mejora continua, aplicado a la Administración Pública en el marco de los microestados europeos. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The object of the work that is exposed next has been to carry out the Initial Evaluation of the Management System of the Department of Administrative Procedures of the Government of Andorra. For this evaluation, the methodology described by Sonia Martín Pérez and Paulino Martin Seco has been followed in its “Guide for the implementation of process-based management in Public Administration”. With the model described, the authors intend to help public managers to lead their organizations to the operational excellence. As a result of the analysis carried the strengths and opportunities for improvement of the Management System of the Department of Procedures have been identified.
