| dc.description | In recent years, the relationship between Supply Chain Integration (ICS) and organizational performance has been studied, as well as factors that enhance the success of integration. However, the work developed to determine what directly interferes with the dimensions of integration (internal, with clients and with suppliers), and how they can be identified in organizations is scarce. A review of the literature aimed at obtaining a reasonable understanding of the factors that influence the ICS to achieve the success of its implementation was carried out. The main success factors identified are the human resources, the strategy of the organization, the communication, and the Information Technologies implemented, there is a greater agreement in the authors reviewed in the importance of the last two, which are related both to the integration internal as external. A list of elements is proposed as a reference for the creation of instruments to evaluate the ICS level. | en-US |
| dc.description | En los últimos años se ha estudiado la relación de la Integración de la Cadena de Suministro (ICS) con el desempeño organizacional y los factores que potencializan su éxito. Sin embargo, es escaso el trabajo desarrollado para determinar cuáles de éstos interfieren de forma directa con tres de las dimensiones de la integración (interna, con clientes y con proveedores), y cómo se pueden identificar en las organizaciones. Se realizó la revisión de la literatura orientada a obtener una comprensión razonable sobre los factores que influyen en la ICS para lograr el éxito de su implementación. Los principales factores de éxito identificados son los recursos humanos, la estrategia de la organización, la comunicación y las Tecnologías de la Información implementadas, existiendo un mayor acuerdo en los autores revisados en la importancia de los dos últimos, que están relacionados tanto a la integración interna como a la externa. Se propone una lista de ítems como referencia para creación de instrumentos de evaluación del nivel de ICS. | es-ES |
