| dc.description | Durante el año 2013 realizaba un trabajo de observación en la Escuela de Cadetes de la Policía Federal Argentina (PFA) y presencié un episodio confuso, vinculado a la desaparición de un arma de fuego, que despertó controversias y opiniones varias. Analizaremos en este trabajo las disputas de interpretación del evento, para indagar en diferentes representaciones de la formación y de los sentidos del trabajo policial. Nos interesa analizar cómo interpretan/conciben su trabajo los oficiales de la policía federal. Para ello, estudiaremos las disputas sobre los sentidos de la formación y la profesionalización de las fuerzas. | es-ES |
| dc.description | During 2013 I made an ethnographic observation at the Cadet School of the Argentine Federal Police (PFA) and witnessed a confusing episode, linked to the disappearance of a firearm, which aroused controversies and various opinions. We will analyze in this work the disputes of interpretation of the event, to investigate different representations of the training and the senses of police work. We are interested in analyzing how federal police officers interpret their work. To do this, we will study disputes about the senses of training and professionalization of the forces. | en-US |
