By the impossibility of holding this Congress due to the global pandemic to which we have been exposed and the concern of a significant number of authors of works prepared and accepted for this Congress, the Board of Directors of the Society has decided to publish it in the electronic journal  the  supplement of abstracts, so that they can be cited as scientific production material.Ante la imposibilidad de realizar este Congreso por la pandemia mundial a que hemos estado expuestos y ante la inquietud de una cantidad importante de autores de trabajos preparados y aceptados para dicho Congreso, el Directorio de la Sociedad ha decidido la publicación en la revista electrónica del Tomo de Resúmenes, de tal modo que ellos puedan ser citados como material de producción científica.
