| dc.description | El presente artículo da cuenta de la manera en que se distribuye el Fondo Metropolitano, el instrumento de política pública más importante en México en materia metropolitana. Se recopilaron datos abiertos, de los cuales se hace un análisis descriptivo para determinar su distribución territorial y una clasificación para identificar el tipo de proyectos en los que se gastan los recursos. Se estudian tres ejercicios fiscales: 2014-2016, el periodo en el que más dinero se le ha destinado a este Fondo. Entre los resultados destaca una gran concentración territorial de los recursos y el gasto mayoritario en obras viales. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This article gives an account of the way in which the Metropolitan Fund, the most important public policy instrument in Mexico in metropolitan matters, is distributed. Open data was collected, from which a descriptive analysis is made to determine its territorial distribution and a classification to identify the type of projects in which resources are spent. Three fiscal years are studied: 2014-2016, the period in which the most money has been allocated to this Fund. Among the results: a great territorial concentration of resources and the majority spending on road works. | en-US |
