| dc.description | En este trabajo se expondrán los antecedentes de la actual configuración de los servicios públicos, introduciendo y caracterizando la tipología de los Servicios Privados de Interés Público (SPIP). Enseguida, se analizará el caso de los sistemas de agua potable rural (APR) a nivel fáctico y normativo. Finalmente se verificará la adecuación de la figura de los SPIP al caso estudiado, y en especial en qué medida o con qué límites se cumplen sus prescripciones teóricas en contraste con la realidad. Cierran este trabajo, las conclusiones correspondientes. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This article examines the background of the current configuration of public services, by introducing and characterizing the typology of Private Services of Public Interest (SPIP). Next, it analyzes the case of rural drinking water systems (APR), on a factual and legislative level. Finally, the goal is to verify the suitability of the figure of the SPIP to the case of study, in particular to what extent and with what limitations their theoretical requirements are met in contrast with reality.
