El presente artículo tiene como objeto revisar brevemente la legislación aplicable en Chile a la hidrogeneración, y mostrar cómo la falta de una regu- lación sistematizada ha dado origen a problemas entre los actores de dicho mercado, para luego analizar tres problemáticas a fin de ejemplificar a qué nos referimos y proponer soluciones que sean apegadas al ordenamiento y útiles en la práctica.   The purpose of this article is to briefl y review the applicable law in Chile to hydrogeneration, and evidence how the lack of systematic regulation has created certain problems among the different actors in such market, and thereafter analyze three of such problems in order to give examples of what are we referring to and propose legally possible solutions and useful in practice.
