| dc.description | En España, el mercado de aguas se introdujo con la Ley 46/1999, de 13 de diciembre tras una intensa sequía. Sin embargo, su régimen legal fue tan restrictivo que fue necesario realizar reformas legales para que pudiera aplicarse. En este trabajo se estudia el régimen legal del mercado de aguas español y sus distintas reformas normativas, así como los pronunciamientos jurisprudenciales recaídos sobre este tema, tanto del Tribunal Constitucional como del Tribunal Supremo. | es-ES |

However, its legal regime was so restrictive that it was necessary to carry out legal reforms so that it could be applied. This paper studies the legal regime of the Spanish water market and its different regulatory reforms, as well as the jurisprudential pronouncements relapsed, both by the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court. | en-US |
