| dc.description | This article contributes to the debate concerning the emergence and development of an anti-patriarchal oriented activism in Chile, in a political scenario in which new ways of understanding and interpreting the relationships between the State and Civilian Society are being acknowledged. In this case, the interest is put on getting to know the characteristics of the political action of an urban collective in Santiago named “Kolectivo Poroto”, a Pioneer group in Chile with a trajectory that addressed, in a critical way, the naturalization of patriarchy and capitalism regarding traditional roles and gender relations. Even though it is not posible to speak about an anti-patriarchal movement in Chile, reflections like this one favor an initial historical approach to the emergent masculine activism that publicly established the need to generate new connections between men and women. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo aporta al debate respecto del fenómeno de emergencia y desarrollo de un activismo de corte anti-patriarcal masculino en Chile, en un escenario político en que se advierten nuevas formas de comprender e interpretar las relaciones entre el Estado y la Sociedad Civil. En este caso, interesa conocer las características de la acción política de un colectivo urbano en Santiago denominado “Kolectivo Poroto”, agrupación pionera en Chile con una trayectoria que abordó de forma crítica la naturalización del patriarcado y el capitalismo en torno a los roles tradicionales y las relaciones de género. Si bien no se puede hablar sobre un movimiento anti-patriarcal en Chile, reflexiones como esta favorecen a una primera aproximación histórica al emergente activismo masculino que posicionó públicamente la necesidad de generar nuevos vínculos entre hombres y mujeres. | es-ES |
