dc.description	This paper is an analysis of indigenous policy applied between 1992 and 2007 in the Mapuche-Pehuenche Community of Quinquén, which was an icon of the struggle for land at the beginning of the democratic transition in Chile. It analyzes the intervention of the State's institutions which violated and misappropriated an unprecedented interethnic commitment occurred in recent decades in Chile, between an indigenous community and the highest authorities of the country. It also examines the history of land conflict, the State action to resolve the eviction and subsequent violation of the spirit and letter of the 1994 Commitment Act, which characterized the bureaucratic interventionism that took a decade and a half to transfer the land to the Mapuche-Pehuenche Community of Quinquén.	en-US
dc.description	Este trabajo es un análisis de la política indígena aplicada entre 1992 y 2007 en la comunidad mapuche-pehuenche de Quinquén, la que fue un icono de la lucha por la tierra a comienzos de la transición democrática en Chile. Analiza el intervencionismo de las instituciones estatales que violaron y malversaron un inédito compromiso interétnico ocurrido en las últimas décadas en Chile, contraído entre una comunidad indígena y las más altas autoridades del país. Examina la historia del conflicto por la tierra, la acción del gobierno de Patricio Aylwin para resolver el desalojo y la posterior violación del espíritu y letra del Acta de Compromiso de 1994, que caracterizó al intervencionismo burocrático que demoró una década y media en transferir la tierras a la comunidad mapuche-pehuenche de Quinquén.	es-ES
