| dc.description | The Odyssey, written by Kazantzakis, is deeply related to Ascese, his previous work, as we can see by the Odysseu‟s way or by the philosophical foundation that forms the main character of the book. In this article, we try to perceive how the heroes figure of Odysseu is shaped by his ascetic way, that begins in the XIV book, and to understand his travel between superation stages that are similar to Ascese's ascetic course. Thus, to critically analyse the different phases lived by the character is our concern. | dc.description | La Odisea de Kazantzakis está estrechamente relacionada con Ascesis, su obra anterior, tanto en la trayectoria del héroe Odiseo, como en la fundamentación filosófica que encarna el personaje. Buscamos, en este artículo, observar como se constituye la figura del héroe por medio de su trayectoria ascética, lo que ocurre a partir del canto XIV, recorriendo igualmente las etapas de superación que estructuran Ascesis y que aparecen claramente en la Odisea. De esa manera, nos preocupamos en realizar un análisis crítico de las etapas vividas por el personaje para comprender cómo Odiseo abandona la fama y su nombre y se convierte en el desconocido viajero, en dirección a la nada. | es-ES |
