| dc.description | The Forest Environmental Education Center Santiago is in the north of the Metropolitan Park and surrounded by the Manquehue, Coal and San Cristóbal Hills. It has an area of 180 hectares. This center conducts non-formal environmental education and outdoor training related to environmental awareness. The project creates an interpretive trail, with guarantees that all visitors can access the various existing outdoor sites at the center, and in turn, participate in all activities of the environmental education program. | en-US |
| dc.description | En un predio de 180 ha en el extremo norte del Parque Metropolitano, y rodeado por las quebradas de los cerros Manquehue, Carbón y San Cristóbal, se encuentra el Centro Educacional Ambiental Bosque Santiago. Este centro, realiza actividades de educación ambiental no formal al aire libre y relacionadas con la formación una conciencia ambiental. El proyecto consiste en crear un sendero interpretativo, con garantías a que todo visitante pueda acceder a los distintos lugares al aire libre existentes en el centro, y a su vez, participar en todas las actividades del programa educativo medioambiental. | es-ES |
