As a general principle, Prochelle House, Heritage real estate, has been sought to be preserved as faithfully as possible to its present architecture and look, by using techniques capable to respect the house and the surrounding landscape of the bordering Valdivia River. The Extension Building was built looking for harmony with our landscape and environmental Heritage, thus creating a forefront building harmoniously living with a patrimonial building.Como principio general se ha buscado preservar la casa Prochelle, inmueble patrimonial, lo más fiel posible a su arquitectura y vista actual, a través de un tratamiento respetuoso con la casa y el paisaje del borde del río Valdivia. El edificio Ampliación buscar armonía con nuestro patrimonio paisajístico y medio ambiental, constituyéndose así en un edificio de vanguardia que convive armoniosamente con uno patrimonial.
