| dc.description | Con el presente trabajo se busca analizar la reforma introducida a la Ordenanza General de Urbanismo y Construcciones en materia de Áreas de Protección de Recursos de Valor Natural desde una doble perspectiva; la primera, relativa a su real eficacia a la hora de cumplir con el deber constitucional de tutelar la preservación de la naturaleza esta vez concretado a través del rol ordenador del territorio de los Instrumentos de Planificación Territorial, y la segunda, en cuanto a su efectivo cumplimiento a las normas constitucionales que permiten restringir o limitar el ejercicio de Derechos en aras de la protección del medio ambiente y del patrimonio natural. | es-ES |
