| dc.description | This paper offers an overview of the norms contained in the special part of the criminal legal system that relate with the general idea of solidarity. An approximation to the basis of each norm, however, shows that in all of the examples mentioned, except for the type of omission of rescue, it departs from an exclusive consideration of intersubjective solidarity. The ambition of this document is still basically descriptive and seeks to identify the rules that would have an exclusive foundation in the general duty of intersubjective solidarity. | en-US |
