dc.description	Since the enactment of Act 19.705, a new concept was brought into our country within Corporative Law, the so-called corporate governance. Thus, the purpose of this document is to analyse this reformatory movement, to know its fundamental judicial trends and to enhance the legal mechanisms they propose in order to modernise the structure of power distribution of the modern corporation.	en-US
dc.description	A partir de la promulgación de la Ley N ° 19.705, se da a conocer en nuestro país un nuevo concepto dentro del Derecho de Sociedades, los llamados gobiernos corporativos. Así, este texto tiene por objeto analizar el origen de este movimiento reformador, conocer sus orientaciones jurídicas fundamentales y destacar los mecanismos jurídicos que se propugnan para modernizar la estructura de distribución de poderes de la moderna sociedad anónima.	es-ES
