El presente artículo tiene como principal objetivo presentar los resultados de una investigación genealógica sobre la sexualidad moderna que toca a la zona sur del continente latinoamericano. Se ha centrado en algunos de los tratados sobre los cuales los españoles, en especial la doctrina dominica católica de Francisco de Vitoria, ha formulado la condición de persona para pensar a los “nuevos sujetos” del recién conquistado continente, en especial a lo que respecta a su comportamiento no exogámico y su organización fratrilineal. Persona, históricamente devenido en la concepción sine qua non de lo humano para lo hispánico, supone un binarismo que es expresión del Sistema sexo-género moderno y que pertenece al esquema de inclusión-exclusión que hace suyo el juego del binomio que produce y hace funcionar al sistema heteronormado.The main objective of this article is to show some results of a genealogical research on modern sexuality on the southern part of the Latin American continent. It has focused on some of the treaties on which the Spanish, especially Francisco de Vitoria´s Dominican Catholic doctrine, have formulated the condition of person to think about the "new subjects" of the newly conquered continent, especially with regard to their exogamous behavior and its fratrilinear organization. Person, historically becoming the sine qua non mark of the human, supposes a binarism that is an expression of the sex-gender system and that belongs to the inclusion-exclusion scheme that makes on its own the game of the binomial that produces and makes the heteronormed system work.
