Además, se intenta limitar y racionalizar su ejercicio, acudiendo al amplio desarrollo dogmático tanto del derecho administrativo como de la teoría del derecho, en búsqueda de cautelar el derecho de los justiciables a un trato igualitario. | es-ES |
