dc.descriptionWith this research, we sought to increase the degree of information on the quality criteria that the accrediting agencies in Chile have applied to evaluate the achievement of the graduation profiles and their results, in Social Work programs. Through this qualitative research, two dimensions were investigated: On the one hand, trends and patterns observed in the application of quality criteria and, on the other hand, the gaps and deficiencies registered in accreditation agreements. Through the content analysis, thirteen institutional agreements in force at the closing date of this research and available at the National Accreditation Commission were reviewed. The evidence indicated that the primary deficiencies or gaps pointed to the categories of Curricular Inconsistency, Graduation Profile Feedback, and Link with the Environment with high percentages of non-achievement. This research aims to provide critical information to the undergraduate programs in Social Work in the acquisition of learning about the national accreditation system.en-US
dc.descriptionCon la presente investigación, se buscó incrementar el grado de información sobre los criterios de calidad que las agencias acreditadoras han aplicado para evaluar el logro del perfil de egreso y sus resultados, en los programas de Trabajo Social en Chile. Mediante esta investigación cualitativa, se indagó en dos dimensiones: por un lado, las tendencias y patrones observados en la aplicación de los criterios de calidad y, por otro lado, las brechas y deficiencias registradas en los acuerdos de acreditación. A través del análisis de contenido, se revisaron trece acuerdos institucionales vigentes a la fecha de cierre de esta investigación y disponibles en la Comisión Nacional de Acreditación. La evidencia indicó que las principales deficiencias o brechas apuntaban a las categorías de inconsistencia curricular, retroalimentación del Perfil de Egreso y Vinculación con el Medio con altos porcentajes de no logro. Esta investigación se propone aportar información crítica a los programas de pre grado en Trabajo Social en la adquisición de aprendizajes sobre el sistema de acreditación nacional.es-ES
