A mycological survey in four sectors from National Park Conguillío (IX Region - Chile) was performed. The material collection was done according to the presence of symptoms and signs on plants growing in each of the defined sector for collecting; the identification of the organisms related with every problem was performed by direct observations of morphological characteristics and when necessary, observations of related cultures. Every description contains the identity of the organism, information of the substrate where found, annotated ecological rol on the substrate and date of collection. All the information from the field is complemented with bibliographic comments.Se realizó un muestreo micológico en cuatro sectores del Parque Nacional Conguillío (IX Región, Chile). La colecta de material se realizó en función de síntomas y signos en el material vegetal predominante en cada sector. La identificación de los organismos se realizó por observación morfológica directa y, cuando fue necesario, se hicieron cultivos. Las descripciones contienen la identidad del organismo, observaciones ecológicas acerca de sustrato desde que fue colectado, rol ecológico observado durante la colecta de material y la fecha de colecta. En todos los casos se complementa la información de terreno con comentarios bibliográficos acerca de los organismos descritos.
